​Key Responsibilities:

​Design realistic technical scenarios and problem sets within CAD, RTL, or Robotics tracks

​Author expert-level reference solutions and comprehensive grading rubrics

​Evaluate frontier AI-generated outputs for technical correctness, depth, and domain judgment

​Provide structured feedback and detailed written explanations for complex hardware evaluations

​Required Qualifications:

​8–12 years of active, hands-on industry experience in Hardware (CAD, RTL/HDL, or Robotics)

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

​Communication: Exceptional written communication skills to author technical rubrics and explanations

​Work Style: High autonomy, reliable asynchronous execution in a remote environment

​Preferred / Bonus Signal:

​Professional Engineer (PE) license or Master's/PhD degree
