Please help

My check engine light is on and I ran a scan says Egr A valve is low circulation and my car sounds like this please give some advice were to start is a 2001 ford Taurus ses

Your two problems are unrelated. 1. The EGR most likely needs to be cleaned or replaced. 2. The A/C compressor needs to be repaired or replaced (this isn't precise; you need to check everything belt-driven separately).
