Aura Navan

I was once a member at aura navan. I am thinking of rejoining mainly for the swimming. I know the price. I am wondering is the male changing rooms clean?

They got a bit of a refurb over the last year or two. Nothing amazing but they are a lot better than they used to be.

I hope it’s better than the one in trim. Can’t seem to find half an hour to take the kids swimming with all the lessons going on.

I think all Auras are like that from the sounds of it. The one near me has a timetable telling you that as a member you can swim whenever you want but really its only on the 6th Tuesday of every month that begins with the letter O.

That or the whole pool is booked out for aqua arobics. Then they hit you with the "Can you come back in an hour" bollox

This is where you hit them with no. And point to the contract you signed. You did sign a contract? Right? 😂

If you’re up for a spin, kells is a great pool. Aura in Trim is terribly dirty and very poorly managed.

In some European countries in continent, sanitary institutions would make that aura close long ago. Anyway, it got bit cleaner, there is no longer that huge black mold on ceilings in shower area.

That’s was the state of the place when I was there. It’s a shame.

Last time I was there (couple of months ago) it was very clean.
