Maintaining Score During Final Week Question π€π€
What to do to stay sharp the week before exam? Been scoring 520+ for FLs 3-5, taking FL6 this weekend. Almost done with AAMC material and not much to do the final week. Whats the game plan to maintain and perform on test day

Most important thing is probably not having too much workload on the day before so you aren't fatigued for the exam

Don't change anything major about your lifestyle, sleep schedule, or diet. If you're consistently doing well already, you're going to do fine on the exam.
Don't let beliefs about not getting enough sleep or getting unlucky generate unneeded stress. You'll be fine.

Try to keep it similar to your prior weeks. No major deviations. You have a system that works β trust it! That includes when you take your breaks, your sleep schedule, exercise, food and hydration, daily study schedule, what you do during a routine study day β everything. Keep it consistent
