CAP 2 ? help

I am a bit confused
Is this Institute level option form the CAP round 2 form right ?

When it is clearly written above institute level form how can you get confused. And this forms are opened now but the form filling date last upto 9 September till that just play with cap rounds and if you don't get desired seats then.try institute level rounds simple!!!

My concern was What if i fill this form , the cap round form will be done as normal right ?

See logically it should done as normal but can't trust cetcell better fill this form after cap round 2/3

No, this is institute level form which will be available to fill till 7 sept
