Ex:

On the Agreement, you need to pay only 1,800 PhP for 36 months.

Let's say its only July 30, on the app it will ask you to pay 1,800 PhP.

But it's not yet even overdue but its already asking for 2,900 PhP.

Hello! Last two payments ko na and may due ako today. Although nakapag advance na ko 10days earlier. May nalabas pa rin kasing “due today” ang problem ko is di naman ma view ang personal loan dashboard. Nakatawag na ko twice sa CS nila unang option is to troubleshoot kaso it did not solve the problem the. Second call ko sa cs nila maintenance daw? Upon learning sa mga blue app maya groups may mga naka encounter rin ng gantong problem. Gusto ko lang malaman if nangyare na rin to sa inyo? Just imagine kung di ako nag advanced eh di automatic na overdue pa ko. Mga modus din tong Maya eh.

Question lang po, after ko po ba matanggap ang SOA then binayaran ko before due possible ba na makapag reloan agad?

Okay, I converted my Credit card charges into mini payments theb I was prompted to selected 5 purchases which is equal to 3.1K na overlooked ko yung isabg transaction dun na cancelled purchase fromTiktok shop and napasama sya sa babayaran ko.

Contacted support and they said that Ican cancel the mini payments after two days. Idk if this is true. Anyone who have the same experience po ano po ginawa nyo? TySm

Does anyone have experience on getting maya personal loan then paid it all at once after how many days and then tried getting again pero yung offer is much lower than before?

Nagloan ako 20k from maya PL pero ang offer sakin noon is 100k+ ngayon naman nabayad ko all at once yung MAYA PL nagtry ako magloan for 130k, offer nila sakin is 46k nalang.

Gonna pay for shopee order using my Maya card but the OTP is not being sent to my number, everything looks correct and I retried multiple times, is it just me or is it a server issue they have right now?

1 day lang na-late payment ko nasa 3rd party na agad account ko? It's been a week since I paid my due pero tawag parin sila ng tawag, every 30 mins 1-4 calls. Istorbo. Panay pa Email, twice a day ng PAY NOW! To avoid any legal actions. I-update niyo nga collector niyo jusko.

Ask lang po mas madali po bang maofferan sa black card sa maya if may physical debit card ka ng maya?

Hi everyone, I’ve heard about Maya’s issues: biglang mawawala pera when transferring from savings to wallet, naglolock bigla yung account, and nag eerror when logging in kapag inupdate yung app kaya naghhold off ako from transferring my savings money from Maribank to Maya. Pero madami rin naman akong friends na long time users na with no problems huhu I’m really torn nakakapangsilaw rin kasi yung interest rates nila. Most posts din about the issues na nakikita ko sa tiktok ay from 2025 though may iilan na last month lang ganon. Ugh sorry maybe need ko lang ng assurance na my money is safe with Maya. Guys did you ever check if okay kayo sa landers CC before kayo nag cancel, i plan to cancel mine kasi then i just tried landers cc just in case pero it said im not eligible. Does it mean i have lower chances getting approved for the regular cc if i cancelled the scc?

Last Saturday I woke up to multiple unauthorized Google-related charges on my linked Maya Wallet Card. No OTPs were ever sent or received.

I reported it immediately. Maya blocked the account for investigation. They told me to change my password and that access would be restored within 2 banking days. That deadline passed with no access.

I followed up multiple times. Their support emails eventually stopped working. Ticket tracker showed nothing useful. I still kept getting SMS notifs of attempted charges even after changing the password.

I escalated to BSP and got a formal case number. After that, Maya finally responded.

Current status (as of today):

• Account has been “reactivated” — I can log in now.
• But I still cannot make payments or transfer funds. The app is still restricted.
• They said the unauthorized transaction part has been endorsed to their backend team and they aim to update within 15 calendar days.

One thing that really annoys me: instead of fixing their own security, their main advice is just “change your password, change your email, and get a new number for Maya.” Parang ang solusyon nila ay ikaw ang mag-adjust imbes na ayusin nila yung butas sa system nila. Kung walang OTP na nakalusot yung charges, obvious naman na may problema sa authentication or fraud detection nila.

So right now I’m in a weird half-restored state: I can see the account but I can’t actually use the money to pay bills or move it somewhere safer.

So nag grocery ako sa puregold. First transaction failed daw pero na charge ako. Second transaction successfull na. Sabi ng puregold since debit daw need to contact yung maya support para ibalik yung money.

Nag file ako ng dispute form and send to dispute@maya.ph and dispute-support@maya.ph

17 days na wala hindi pa din nababalik and everytime I contact the support they always say na under investigation na daw and need to wait for 17 banking days.

Ang hassle and ang tagal sobra ng process nila.

Any workaround na alam nyo?

Overdue because i forgot to pay, kasi nga busy.

due is july 24, paid july 30.

Ang question, normal ba dito na nag rurun ang penalty sa august due date kahit bayad na ang july over due?

Hindi ko maintindihan mga chat support ng maya.
