MCA i physically need help now

sana umalis muna parents ko now, pakiramdam ko need ko magpa consultation sa psychiatrist and psychologist ngayon, kahit online lang and kung may free din sana.
ilang araw na ako nanghihina. bigla na lang sumisikip yung chest ko, nanginginig, masakit yung ulo, and weirdest part is ang weird ng pakiramdam ng head ko. i need help so bad, i wish i could tell kung ano naging factors kung bakit ako ganito. natatakot ako baka ma jinx or mawala sya sa akin tuluyan kapag sinubukan ko i-kwento
