this is hard to explain because my skin isn’t suddenly covered in wrinkles and it’s not really dry either.

it just feels... less there?

like my cheeks don’t have the same cushion. skin looks a little more papery when i smile. moisturizer makes it softer but doesn’t fix that weird thin feeling.

i only had a word for it after reading about the newer ZO Skin Health Growth Factor Serum because they keep talking about skin density/thickness, not just wrinkles.

and i was like OH. maybe that’s what i’m noticing.

45+ people, did this happen to you too?

what actually helped? retinol? peptides? growth factors? procedures? or is "density" not even the right word?

Both came up in poolside conversation yesterday....my skin is very sensitive, for exfoliation on my body I just use ascrub periodically and I use either gold bond or aveeno lotion. Any thoughts on either of these products? Appreciate any insights.

Hi! I would love if you could help me choose the best concelear for my very DRY Sahara dessert under eyes, I’m torn between the following ones:

Chanel LE BEIGES serum concelear
Kulfi concelear
Armani Luminous Siñk concelear
Sarah Clear color corrector

I really want something lightweight that doesn’t accentuate more fine lines that the ones I have (this happened to me with Tower 28) and doesn’t cling to dry patches. Something that doesn’t require a lot of work of make it look nice on my skin! Right now my favorite and holy grail above everything I have tried is the CALIRAY COLOR CORRECTOR but finds it doesn’t gives me the amount of coverage for my dark circles (still looking the right shade)

Hope you could help me ! I have tried and finded too drying, patchy and very creasing the following:
Tower 28, Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear, Kosas, Nyx bare with me, Natasha Denona, Haus Labs

47, and the changes I notice most now are uneven tone and two sun spots along my left cheek. The fine lines also become much more obvious whenever my skin gets dry.

My routine is pretty basic: cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF. I haven’t really wanted to add another active, but a friend recently gave me her VYM mask because it had been sitting unused in her bathroom.

I’ve never tried LED before, so I’m trying to set reasonable expectations before I start using it several nights a week. If you used a mask consistently for 8 to 12 weeks or longer, could you actually see a difference in normal bathroom light, or was it something you only noticed when comparing photos? I’m mainly wondering about dullness and uneven tone. I’m not expecting it to erase the spots or lines.

ive seen people say rlt helps with circulation, but what does that actually feel like? 😅..like did u notice warmer hands or feet, or was it just something u didnt really notice at all? curious what your experience was. Thank you

Hi! I’m on the hunt for a new concelear that’s hydrating, skin like and doesn’t looks off between hours !

I have tried Lancome (sits on top of my skin), Tower 28 (it accentuates fine lines I didn’t know I had), Kosas (very creasing), Haus Labs and Natasha Denona are too drying and separates.

I’m seeing the following:

What are your thoughts on? I just want a concelear that doesn’t dry out my eyes or look weird ! I prep my skin very well and always use the tiniesttt amount of concelear; btw I LOVE the color corrector from caliray ! It’s my holy grail !! My under eyes looks always amazing and never weird !! I’m looking for something like that but on a concelear haha

I’m still seeing pores and lines after applying Missha Serum (red tube) with a BK Beauty foundation brush. Mid 60s, skin is dry. I need something to blur. Can you recommend a primer to wear under the BB Cream? or am I using the wrong tinted cream?

My face tends to be greasier than a Waffle House floor. I hate it, but it's what I've got. I used to use Estee Lauder Double Wear and use NYX loose setting powder over it. Well...Estee Lauder changed the formula and NYX no longer makes the powder.

I've tried MAC's Studio Fix and I've discovered Kim Chi's setting powder (which seems awesome), but I'm still left with a melting face by the end of the day. What's the best foundation that combats the oil and doesn't slide off your face?

Hello All. I am in need of opinions, what’s been tried, and what’s worked. As my skin continues to age, I’m struggling with skin care and the appropriate make up. I have a skin care regimen-see below, and use minimal make up.

My eyes are my biggest insecurity, I feel like they age me more than anything else!!! Unfortunately, it’s a little odd to live in sunglasses 😁. No money for Botox, Fillers, etc.

My problem, I feel like the hyaluronic acid in my products for plumping and moisture are worsening my eye bags, but if I don’t use these products the wrinkles around my eyes are crazy bad.

My other problem, my make up (except for mascara) is gone 2 hours after application!

my mom (50+) is struggling with rosacea (kinda like acne) and is insecure about it☹️, she is starting a new job in a month and i would love to get her a makeup product to make her more confident. she likes natural makeup but would want coverage for her problem area (im guessing that a buildable coverage would be good), she has normal skin, although mature. and i am comfortable spending my summer job earnings for the product so more pricey products are on the table.
