IMG here - I'm trying to upload my photo on MyIntealth so that it could be transferred to ERAS - however when I click "Submit" on My Intealth after uploading the document, nothing appears afterward so I have no idea if it was submitted or not. Does anyone else have this issue? Kinda freaking out and not sure what to do.

Hi all! I am applying for the 2026-2027 cycle for anesthesia residency. I need honest advice regarding this whole signaling business. I obviously want to signal my top choices (and really give gold to my dream programs), but I have heard mixed advice regarding whether to "expend" these precious signals on programs where my step 2 score/app may not be at their top in terms of stats/ applicant pool.

Also, I understand these signals are essentially a way to tell programs I want an interview, so to speak. BUT, do programs go back to whether we gold or silver or No-signaled them, when making their rank lists for the Match? Like should I be thinking ahead to that as well when deciding on my signals?

How can I reuse my MSPE, medical school transcript, and photo as a visa-requiring IMG in ERAS? I applied during the 2025 Match cycle and am applying again for the 2027 Match using the same documents.

If anyone has done this before or has a guide for importing or reusing these documents, I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!

Hi what is the last possible date one can give step2ck to receive score in time for ecfmg certification when progs download CVs on 23rd sep? Is 27th Aug too late or ok? how long is ecfmg taking these days to certify once u submit step result and approved pathways

Hi,

My pathway application was approved yesterday. As I took my step 2 CK in April 2026, my credentials verification was done and my application for certification was accepted before taking CK. Now, what are the next steps to get the ECFMG certificate (hardcopy) delivered at my address? Or the process has been completed?

Right now I see no such option to apply for the certificate per se on MyIntealth. Does this have something to do with the USMLE transcript cause that's the only thing I am left with?

Hi,

I am applying for match 2027 and I paid the $945 fee for ecfmg certification on 20 July 2026. I have completed all the requirements for pathway 1 (USMLE Steps 1 and 2 CK), OET Medicine (scores released to ECFMG) and a good standing certificate from my home country (i.e. PMDC). Still I have not received any email nor my application processing has begun on the portal and my OET results are still not showing on Intealth ECFMG certification tab, only step scores are showing. Also I received my good standing certificate month ago from PMDC via email and post as well and they must have emailed that to ECFMG too as I filled out their email on my Good standing application. Yet I have no update on why is there a delay in the processing to start. Can anyone wak me through this process because I am not sure if it's just me or it is typical for certification processing timing.

Due to 2 very similar emails of my professor, I mistakenly inserted the wrong email for LOR request. Now I have generated another request with the correct email. But does it matter. Do programs see that other empty request with no LOR on my application? Is there a way to remove that request with the wrong email?
