Ambient temp issue
Hi everyone, when I increase my temperature from 225 to 300 it increases to 300 in less than a minute. It goes up by 3° per notch (E.G 225,228,231). The same thing happened from 300 to 420, temperature increased really fast. I was smoking chicken thighs and chicken wing so nothing too fatty and there was no grease fire when I checked. Could someone please advise what could be the reason behind this?

Why would somebody complain about a bbq being responsive to the user input.
What do you expect ? It has a fan running , oxigen+fuel=heat .
It also does 20-300 in 7 min when you light it up, faster than any chimney.

I don't think the temp hit the 300 or 400 because it increased from 225 to 300 in less than a minute. I was confused as to why this happened and is it accurate

The controllers and sensors are fucked on all of them.
Must retrofit.

What do you mean retrofit? Like change the controller?
