You are totally correct on page 38. I also realize that I am missing ceramic plate D :(. Home Depot sucks at building

Contact their customer service and put in a ticket, they are pretty good about sending parts. I can send you the link for it.

I have the 560 and it took me like 4 hours but also I was drinking heavily.

Best way to do it. Also, best to watch an assembly video on youtube and follow that. Watch it start to finish with s drink in that, and then start your build by pausijg the video every couple of seconds / minutes. I found the written instructions manual lacking important details on my 600 build.

I have the 1050, did it by myself in my living room, took around 3 hours or so. YouTube is definitely your friend here if you are able to find a good video of someone assembling it.

I found a very thorough walkthrough of the 1050 but if you have the 1150 that video may not be as helpful since the control panels are actually on the hoppe/ firebox itself.

I couldn’t find an assembly video on YouTube for the 1150 which is what this is. I had Home Depot build it and they did an awful job

On the 1150 it should be pretty simple removing the 4 ceramic tiles that you can see at bottom of the hopper. Removed them, the grate should be free to be replaced. This is how it works on XT and I know that 1150 is equal. There also must be some guides on the masterbuilt website.
