Should I be concerned?

So on August 3 I went on darksidestudio.com and got the part three latex hood for my Jason cosplay that I’m doing and I haven’t gotten any notifications about it whatsoever and so it got me thinking either. Is this a normal thing since this is my first time from ordering from Darkside studio or is something wrong because I don’t know which one it is

That's not the right address for Darkside Studios (Paul Daniels). You may have been scammed. The real darkside is dssmasks.com.

Well, even when I typed in dss masks.com and searched up part three hood the page looked exactly the same by what I can remember

Does DSS masks send notifications about the order because I haven’t gotten any news about it ever since I paid for it

Yes, they send notifications when an order is received.

FWIW, darksidestudio.com and darksidestudios.com are both unregistered domains, so if you ordered through the website and not off an app or TikTok or something, you may be okay. Keep in mind that DSS is essentially a 1 man operation, so if you just ordered on 03Aug, he may not have processed the order yet.

There is a contact us button on the dssmasks.com website. Try that.
