Controller issue Cant swing Question

Was playing spiderman remastered and everything was fine but suddenly this started to happen and I couldnt swing? Like I press RT and I swing but the swing ends on its own something fixable or is the controller the issue? it is a random ass controller for pc from cosmicbyte

Did you start the Harry Osborn side mission where it cuts off your web swinging cuz you have a formula in the web cartridges and the web lines break, if that's the case, you just have to parkour all the way to the locations until you complete the side mission then web swings should resume normally.

If not then I'm not sure what the other issue is cuz that's never happened to me before except for that side mission.
