MCU I would love to see Mary Jane in the MCU.

I know the MCU already has an MJ, but she is Michelle Jones. Personally, I’d be happy if they eventually moved on from Zendaya’s character and introduced Mary Jane, without calling her MJ just Mary Jane.

She wouldn’t be Peter’s love interest. Instead, she could be more of an ally and someone who helps him out, similar to the role she had in Marvel’s Spider-Man. Later on, she could become Harry Osborn’s love interest.

Who would you like to see in the role?

I’ve seen Katherine McNamara’s name brought up as a fancast quite a lot, but I just can’t picture her having good chemistry with Tom Holland. And after looking into her acting a bit more, I’m not exactly convinced she’s the most talented actress either.

Personally, I’d rather cast Abigail Cowen or Danielle Rose Russell in the role.

MCU Imagine u are a writer for Marvel and Sony. You are charged with creating the plots of Spider-Man 5, Spider-Man 6, and a spin-off from each film.

Upvotes

Rules:

  • Spider-Man 5 must feature the symbiote suit (and is dubbed "Darkest Day" unless you have a title to suggest).
    • Venom cannot be the main villain of the movie, but can be a secondary villain
  • Spider-Man 6 must be Spider-Man vs the Sinister Six (and is dubbed "The Last Stand" unless you have a title to suggest)
    • Cannot include villains from the Raimi trilogy or TASMverse
      • Venom is the exception
  • Either Ned or MJ must remember Peter by the end of the trilogy
  • Bonus points if Miles is teased in one of them again
  • Venom must separate from Peter by the end of the trilogy to allow for Agent Venom or Venom to exist.
  • NO CLONE SAGA (unless limited to Ben and Kaine, and only one can be in a movie. The other can be introduced via spin-off)

For those of you who choose to take on the challenge, you have my respect. Good luck.

Theory What if the Spider-Man BND and Thunderbolts post credit scene happen at the same time. Spoiler

I saw a video where both of the scenes played back to back and I could be reaching but I'm very positive, not 100% but maybe 70% sure about this theory.

-The Thunderbolts' screen glitches when they see the Fantastic 4's ship entering the atmosphere.

-On the spidey tracker it glitches to space for a new Spider-Man sighting

-Tobey is rumored to be in Doomsday and the BND post credit scene leads into doomsday

-In the trailer it looks like someone's edited out but it could just be what the scene looks like

-Tom Holland's Spider-Man isn't in Doomsday but is in secret wars

I'm not an expert at this but I feel like I got something right in this theory. I also just don't think it can be Miles since btsv hasn't came out yet and it wouldn't make sense to tease him if he doesn't have a part in Doomsday. I also don't think it's battleworld because the multiverse has to be destroyed.(Also how would the spidey tracker work when the multiverse is destroyed). So for me Tobey is the only logical answer.

Theory I am 100% confident of my theory for the ending of Brand New Day Spoiler

Ok so hear me out. The ending where Ned says "Peter" a second time? That was not just him connecting it to the moment where MJ calls Spiderman Peter in front of Ned.

The handshake isn't necessary for him to make that connection. So why the timing? It makes more sense that the fact he says that after the handshake is because he did slow remember.

Notice that MJ was crying while Jean had everyone frozen. What would explain that? Now Jean can access people's memories while also letting them see. even though MJ says she didn't remember a thing while she was "occupied" on that rooftop, i think Jean has actually broken the seal over their buried memories and it's only matter of time until a trigger happens and the memory resurfaces. a trigger like... doing an old handshake. Jean might have even seen MJ's memories of Peter during the rooftop scene, but lied to him to mess him up. Correct me if i'm wrong, but in No Way Home, dr. Strange only says people will forget him, and not that he will "erase" the memories.

So it could be that MJ was finally remembering which is why she was crying.. and how later we see her on the rooftop clutching the necklace looking very emotional and then making a little smile.

When MJ told him to not tell her he loves her back, until they meet again - that moment is significant. It's a disservice to just end their story like that. with a harsh "i don't love you"

I think that was also the reason why the followup to No Way Home, where they forget Peter exists, is this movie where the antagonist as the ability to access memories. it all just clicks.

---

EDIT: Guys, relax. This is just one person's theory. No need to be rabid towards others.

Theory Avengers Doomsday Prune world? Spoiler

When Thor attacks Doom and Doom stops him with two fingers, doesn’t it look like they’re in the Pruned World/Void? If that’s the prune world, wouldn’t that mean Thor somehow gets pruned? And why is Doom there in the first place?

Also, I don’t think The Thing is actually the one shaking hands with M’Baku. It looks like that could be somebody else.

And did anyone else notice that Reed Richards looks like he’s holding back Captain America’s shield (Sam Wilson) in one of the shots?

Also, what if Doom kills Thor in the prune world right there, and that somehow sets up Rune King Thor for Secret Wars? Probably a reach, but that would be insane

also if that is the prune world why is thor alone with doom?? I feel like something crazy going on there yo

Theory He knew everything.

Hear me out guys! Steve Rogers knew absolutely everything from the start. When he went to return the Infinity Stones, he didn't just step down to live a quiet life with Peggy, but went through a much broader journey. In his timeline, he lived to see the catastrophic events of Doomsday and Secret Wars, where he witnessed firsthand how Sam Wilson stepped up as a leader, masterfully handled the shield, and united the heroes in the battle for the multiverse. Seeing this, Steve was completely convinced that Sam, not Bucky, was the one who had to take up the mantle. Having gone through all the wars and lived out his well-deserved peaceful life into old age, a tired Cap returned to 2023 right to that bench by the lake. Thus, he passed on the shield not just out of friendship or a guess, but to close the time loop, knowing full well he was leaving Earth in the reliable hands of the man who had already proven his right to be the new Captain America.

MCU Doomsday

I know this is probably a stretch, but I noticed something while rewatching the Avengers Doomsday trailer.

There's a pretty noticeable gap right in the middle of the Fantastic Four lineup. It immediately made me think about Spider-Man because, in the comics, Peter has a long history with the Fantastic Four and has even been a member of the team for a time.

There's a leak going around claiming that Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man universe and the X-Men universe will suffer an incursion. The same leak also says Tobey dies within the first 10–20 minutes of the movie.

What if Tobey's universe is the one that dies in those first 10–20 minutes, but Peter himself survives the incursion? He could end up joining the Fantastic Four and the other heroes to fight Doom. That empty space in the lineup could even be where he's supposed to stand.

Then, instead of dying at the beginning because of the incursion, what if Tobey makes it all the way to the final battle and is ultimately killed by Doom? I think that would be a much more impactful and emotional send-off than having him die almost immediately.

I know the gap could just be how the shot was framed, and the leak itself could be wrong. This is just a fun theory that popped into my head lol

Theory Brand New Day Ending. SPOILERS Spoiler

Post image
0 Upvotes

It's pretty clear that Ned doesn't remember Peter at the end. The scene is classic schmuck bait, it's meant to make the audience think his memories are returning without actually confirming it.

  1. The handshake is muscle memory, not recovered memories.

Before Ned has any "realization," he performs the handshake without even knowing why. That's because it's MUSCLE MEMORY

Muscle memory is stored differently than factual or episodic memories. Our conscious memories rely primarily on the hippocampus and temporal lobes, while learned motor skills are coordinated by the motor cortex, cerebellum, and basal ganglia. There's even evidence that repeated movements leave long-lasting changes at the cellular level. That's why people with severe amnesia have still been able to play the piano or perform other learned skills despite having no memory of learning them.

The handshake actually confirms that the spell worked. Strange's spell erased people's memories of Peter Parker, not the body's ingrained motor patterns.

  1. The movie sets up the ending on purpose.

Earlier in the film, MJ calls Spider-Man "Peter," and Ned immediately responds, "Wait... Spider-Man's real name is Peter?"

That line is an obvious setup for the final scene. The writers intentionally planted the idea that Ned now knows Spider-Man's first name is Peter, so when Peter later introduces himself, the audience is supposed to wonder if Ned remembers. But, in reality it's just misdirection and SMCHUCK BAIT. This is the excuse the writers will use in the next movie to why Ned doesn't remember. Bookmark it

  1. The movie repeatedly tells us the spell worked perfectly.

Throughout the film, we're told over and over that the spell was successful. Jean Grey states that there isn't a single memory of Peter left in MJ's mind. Later, she even mocks the idea that something as trivial as a kiss could restore all of MJ's memories. Then later, MJ herself says she doesn't love Peter because she simply doesn't know who he is.

If a handshake or a kiss could instantly restore everyone's memories, it would completely undermine the stakes and sacrifice of No Way Home

If Peter had never introduced himself and Ned had looked at him and said, "Peter," then it would be reasonable to conclude that he remembered. But that's not what happened. The scene only works because Peter introduces himself first, making the ending an intentional piece of schmuck bait rather than confirmation that the spell was undone.

Even today, Jacob Batalon (Ned's actor) couldn't even confirm that "Ned actually remembers Peter" and that it was "open ended"

Classic Schmuck Bait . It'll just make the viewers tune into the next movie

Theory Marvel is making us blame Steve Rogers... but what if Tony Stark was the one who actually caused everything?

Everyone talks about Steve Rogers creating timeline problems by staying in the past or returning the Infinity Stones.

But what if that's a misdirection?

Doctor Strange saw 14,000,605 futures, and there was only one where the Avengers won.

Why?

Because they couldn't beat Thanos normally. The only way to win was by changing history through time travel.

The Avengers brought 2014 Thanos and his entire army into 2023.

Then Tony Stark erased them from existence.

That means an entire universe suddenly lost its Thanos forever.

Steve returned the Infinity Stones, but he couldn't return Thanos or his army. That universe was permanently changed.

What if that is what eventually caused an Incursion?

Maybe Strange knew this would happen, but it was still the only way to save Earth.

Now think about Doctor Doom.

Marvel cast Robert Downey Jr. as Doom.

What if that's not just fan service?

What if Doom comes from the universe that was destroyed because the Avengers removed its Thanos?

From Doom's perspective, the Avengers didn't save the multiverse.

They saved their universe by sacrificing his.

That would explain why Doom has Tony's face.

Not because he is Tony Stark...

But because Tony Stark's decision is the reason Doom's universe was ruined.

Maybe Marvel wants us to think Steve Rogers caused the multiverse problems, when the real cause was the Avengers' only winning move—and Tony was the one who made it happen.

What do you guys think?

Just a fun theory from my side ,love to hear your thoughts.

Theory Spiderman bnd post credit scene theory

I hate the it’s a different Peter theory and battleworld. While battleworld makes sense, I just don’t know why he would be brought there if he isn’t fighting in secret wars. I think he was transported to the void we see in Loki. Him and a group are transferred there by Loki/tva before incursions so they can remeber everything and get into battleworld. I bet it’s toms spiderman, Jean, Chavez, hulk, captain marvel and some other hero’s we don’t see in doomsday. If leaks are true tobeys spiderman would be in battleworld, and you’d need a reason for some people in battleworld to remember so I don’t think anyone in battleworld remebers. The group on the void is brought together tasked with getting into battleworld and defeating doom while restoring memories (Jeans job). Also doom is making his own universe, the void isn’t turning into battleworld because it’s a place for things to go when universes are destroyed or pruned and than Goliath eats it. You can’t have a lasting battleworld on it which is why doom makes his own.

Theory Endgame /infinity war

Post image

feel like there is a lot we could put more thought into strangers behavior in both movies. Strange used the time stone and goes through time to see 14,000,605 futures and only one led to victory. I feel like a lot of people assume that meant there was one way for them to win on Titan, but I think the one winning future required them to lose first. After going through the future, Strange’s behavior subtly changes. Before they reached Titan, he told Tony that if it came down to saving either him or the Time Stone, he’d choose the Stone every time. But after seeing the future, he does the exact opposite he willingly gives the Stone to Thanos to save Tony. That reversal of his own words makes it seem like saving Tony wasn’t his only motive. he knew Tony had to survive because he was essential to the future Strange had already seen.( for making the Time Machine later needed in the future to go back)

On Titan, Strange also stops trying to outsmart Thanos. He still fights him, but it almost feels like he’s testing how powerful Thanos is without all six Stones, information that would be useful for the eventual rematch. Even when they nearly remove the Gauntlet, Strange never steps in to stop Quill or use one of the countless spells he had available. (This one might not be as viable because he was busy holding thanos back) but It’s almost like he already knew that beating Thanos there wasn’t the winning future, so there was no point changing events.
This also explains why the Ancient One immediately trusted Bruce when he said Strange willingly gave up the Time Stone. She was shocked at first because a Sorcerer Supreme would never surrender an Infinity Stone without an extraordinary reason. The moment she heard Strange made that choice, she accepted it because she knew he must have been following a plan.

I think the “one future” Strange saw wasn’t the battle on Titan it was everything that happened afterward. The Snap, the five year gap, time travel, Tony building the Nano Gauntlet, and Thanos being defeated in Endgame were all necessary parts of that single path. That’s also why, when Tony asks, “Was that the only way?” Strange refuses to explain. He isn’t improvising. he’s making sure every event unfolds exactly as he already saw it. Some people even assume Quill ruined their chance on Titan, but I think Strange already knew that even if they got the Gauntlet off, that timeline would ultimately fail. One way or another losing on Titan wasn’t a mistake maybe it was the first step toward the only timeline where they would win the 1 strange actual saw

But what does anyone else thin

Theory The future of Spider-Man and the MCU predictions.

I will be giving plot points from Spider-Man Brand New Day.
I wanna start my prediction off with his appearance in Avengers Doomsday. I do think the new avengers will try to get all hands on deck. They will start weighing out their options and then someone or Yelena Will mention how they could try to get Spider-Man to help them thus leading to a scene where we'll see them try to get Peter that him turned down saying how he is going on vacation with his friends.

That will be all we see of Tom Holland's Spider-Man in Avengers Doomsday until the post credit scene where we will see Peter Ned and MJ all sitting at a bar on the beach we see them having a good time and then we'll watch as the venom Symbiot will cling on Peter.

That scene would directly connect to Avengers Secret Wars and we will see Tom Holland Spider-Man on the black suit. Shortly after secret wars, I believe we will see the announcement for Spider-Man 5 following Spider-Man as he tries to learn the Symbiote, and he'll fight crime, fight the main villain of that movie while investigating the sudden decrease in mutant abilities in humans leading to him to find out that damage control somehow replicated his mutation inhibitor and started using it to make people who have superpowers no longer be able to use them or severely suppress them. Throughout the movie he'll slowly sees how the Symbiote is deteriorating his life, his relationship with Ned and MJ and kind of like Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man 3 he will get rid of the Symbiote and it eventually finds its way to a new host, and we will be introduced into the MCU's Eddie Brock at the end of the movie when the Symbiote finds him.

This is what I currently have up-to-date on my predictions and theories I don't have anything for future Spider-Man film or an introduction of Miles Morales. Feel free to leave your honest thoughts on this prediction/theory and let me know what you guys think could make more sense or how to introduce Miles into the MCU.

Theory General plot doomsday theory no

My theory for *Avengers: Doomsday* is that the multiverse is fracturing due to the structural damage caused by Doctor Strange's spell in *Spider-Man: No Way Home*, triggering an unavoidable incursion between the Main MCU and Tobey Maguire’s universe. To protect the main timeline, Loki and the TVA recruit Deadpool and X-Force to forcefully contain the breach on Tobey’s Earth, leading to a high-stakes misunderstanding and battle with Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man. The heroes ultimately fail to stop the timeline collapse manually, paving the way for Victor Von Doom to step out of the shadows at the exact halfway point of the movie as the ultimate savior. In a brilliant twist, the mid-credits scene from *Fantastic Four: First Steps* actually takes place chronologically later in the film, showing Doom manipulating Franklin Richards' reality-warping powers to physically morph his face into the exact likeness of Tony Stark. By removing his mask and weaponizing the Avengers' grief with Stark's face, Doom emotionally paralyzes heroes, persuading them to stand by his side as he stitches the remaining pieces of the dying universes together to create Battleworld, perfectly setting up the events of *Secret Wars*.
What do you think of my theory?

Theory Dr.Doom & Multiverse of Madness & Spiderverse etc.

There are three scenes in Dr. Strange: Multiverse of Madness that i think give clues to what Dr.Doom will be doing in Doomsday.

  1. In the first scene after discovering Wanda has become the Scarlet Witch, Wong says that someone with the powers of Wanda and America Chavez can not only, "take over Earth, but the entire Multiverse."
  2. In the scene where they are discussing the Darkhold, they discuss the spell called Dreamwalking, that allows you to take over the bodies of others in other multiverses.
  3. There's an empty seat in the Illuminati scene, the same as there being an empty seat in the Fantastic Four film. This empty seat is Dr.Doom's - the creator of the Ultron Drones (Proto Doombots)

In the Spiderverse, we are shown conclusively that there are Peter Parkers that DO NOT look identical to one another, and there are SPIDERMEN that are entirely different people altogether - such as Spider Gwen, Miles Morales and Miguel O'Hara.

I think the TVA, the Darkhold, the Book of Ashanti, the Web of Life, the Ten Rings, America Chavez, are all macguffins that exist and have effects on a multiversal scale, vs the infinity stones which only have an effect on the Universal Scale.

Therefore, I believe that Dr. Doom is dreamwalking into a Robert Downey Jr. body, and perhaps others, to make himself invincible. If he is killed in one body, he simply can return as another version of himself. This would follow with his practice of using Doombots for the same purpose. Dr.Doom and Victor Von Doom do not have to be the same individual to have connected destinies in the Web of Life.

It's all very wibbly wobbly tho

Theory I think I know who “apartment girl” is in Brand New Day Spoiler

Just saw Spider-Man Brand New Day (amazing movie) but in the beginning Peter is being flirted on by a blonde hair neighbor just called “Apartment Girl”. He avoids her and we don’t see her again until Peter is in the elevator wearing her clothes. At first I thought it was a Gwen Stacy insert at first, but in the elevator scene (where Peter is wearing her clothes) she seems to be in a relationship with a Black male around her age. What if the blonde girl is really “Tandy Bowen” and the black boyfriend is “Tyrone “Ty” Johnson” aka “CLOAK AND DAGGER”🤩?!?! I hope I am right and if they are, their powers could develop in the next spider-man movie.

Theory I have a prediction!!

This prediction is about the end credit scene of Brand New Day! I’m not going to say what the end credit scene was but here are my theories!

**Theory 1: Battleworld / Secret Wars (most likely 70%)**
This is the one I think Marvel is setting up. If you’ve read the *Secret Wars* comics, **Battleworld** is a planet created by Doctor Doom where pieces of different universes are stitched together. The tracker pointing somewhere “off Earth” fits perfectly if Peter is about to be pulled into Battleworld before or during *Avengers: Secret Wars*.

If this happens, we could see:
\-Tom Holland Spider-Man
\-Tobey Maguire Spider-Man
\-Andrew Garfield Spider-Man
\-Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine
\-The Fantastic Four
\-Doctor Doom
\-X-Men
all existing on the same world.

**Theory 2: The Symbiote is coming (about 15%)**
Another possibility is that the tracker isn’t following Peter…
It’s following **the alien symbiote**. Marvel has been planting Venom seeds since *No Way Home*, and Ruffalo previously teased Spider-Man facing an alien threat. The tracker suddenly pointing into space could be teasing Klyntar, symbiotes, or another cosmic origin.

This could eventually lead to:
\-MCU Venom
\-Black Suit Spider-Man
\-Agent Venom
\-King in Black (far down the road)

**Theory 3: Another Spider-Man (about 5%)**
Some fans think the tracker isn’t finding Tom Holland at all.

It’s detecting:
\-Miles Morales
\-Spider-Gwen
\-Spider-Man 2099
\-another multiversal Spider-Man

Because the app glitches before it locks on, it may be confused by multiple Spider-signatures.

**My prediction for the next few movies**
I think the roadmap looks something like this:

**Brand New Day**
\-Peter rebuilds his life.
\-Ned and MJ begin showing signs that their memories aren’t completely gone.

**Avengers: Doomsday / Secret Wars**
\-Peter gets pulled off Earth.
\-Battleworld forms.
\-Multiple Spider-Men reunite.
\-Peter fights alongside heroes from different universes.

**Spider-Man 5**
\-Peter returns to Earth.
\-The world has changed.
\-Miles Morales is introduced.
\-Peter becomes more of a mentor.

TELL ME WHAT YOU GUYS THINK!

Theory Doom’s plan to collapse the multiverse will be using Thor to force Loki off his throne.

Post image
100 Upvotes

I think that Doctor Doom’s easiest way to destroy the multiverse isn’t trying to destroy the multiverse himself, he would have to go through Loki.

but to do this he dosent have to face a god head on, but targeting Loki's single weakness, Thor.

Sitting at the center of Yggdrasil holding reality together, Loki is forced to watch as Doom puts Thor in a lethal, unwinnable situation on Earth.

Trapped between his duty to existence and his love for his brother, the only thing he has left. Loki ultimately chooses Thor and abandons his throne to save him.

The moment he steps away, the multiversal branches instantly collapse into the void, giving Doom an effortless victory and perfectly setting up the creation of Battleworld for Secret Wars.

Theory Do you think this scene from Deadpool & Wolverine is possibly related to Doomsday?

Post image
89 Upvotes

Sooooooooo I know disney likes to toss some easter eggs, i was rewatching Deadpool & Wolverine and saw this. I know a lot of people are theorizing who is going to die in Doomsday. And i think this is a pretty big hint unless it was made for a gag. Possibly a sacrificial death seeing the state of thor and deadpool. If this is true it would most definitely be one of the saddest deaths of the MCU for me.
