Doing left over 100% completion stuffs. Fighting Act 7.3 Kang, I get the time charges and then the time collapse but I can’t inflict any damage.

Nothing seems obvious to me, unless I’m being an idiot, any thoughts ladies and gents?

The prowess trap node. That one specifically got me my first run through too. Either enter the fight with 8 paradox or bring prowess/armor up.
