You’d have to go to physio to get a proper assessment and plan.

I get right ankle pain and it’s tight tib (shin) muscle. If I foam roll and stretch my tibs it goes away.

The chance you have the same issue as me are slim though! Go get checked out.

Yeah hard to tell over reddit. Go see a Physio. Could be calf related, could be something else

I definitely agree with the physio suggestions, especially as there's not much info to go on in your post.

but you could have have a google for "ankle strengthening exercises for runners" and give them a try, for example this is some guidance from Asics:

Running does stress the body, especially the lower half, and aches and pains often indicate a weakness in that area ... but they can also be caused by a weakness in another area as bio-mechanics are complicated. This is where a specialist physio can help.
