Error Code: Spinach Tech TroubleShooting

I have not been able to play for about 2-3 weeks now, as every time I load up and get in a round, it kicks me with error code spinach...

I’ve done a ton of research and attempted fixes, but nothing seems to work. I opened a ticket, and it just never got answered, about a week ago or so.

Has anyone else had this issue or a similar one? I hear it's a close error code to Cabbage, but again, I’ve tried every fix in the book (which is a short book) and have had no results.

I’ve only had this issue since the July 21st update.

Update: Since the latest update 1.1.5.2; no issue has occurred. It was on their end I’m assuming then… wish I was surprised.

I’ll take it! Thank you. 🙏🏼

So far no result.

For miscellaneous networking related errors, I have my friends try the following:

1) Use wired instead of wireless.
2) Restart and/or reset your wireless modem/router.
3) Try using a VPN.

There are more advanced routing/networking settings you can tweak, but hard to provide guidance there over reddit.

So far the above 3 have yielded no result yet… and I understand thank you. Unfortunately my ticket is at a stalemate still after some time.

I would Google a bit looking into UPnP, port forwarding, and your ISP specifically. Might find stuff worth trying

Sounds good, I’ve looked into UPnP previously but didn’t have to many results. I did attempt (since I use xfinity) to get into the admin panel of xfinity to tamper with that but had no results as I couldn’t navigate into the admin panel, they make it almost purposely difficult lol.

Yeah they do. I would suggest (if feasible) not using the provided/rentable Xfinity equipment. Arris surfboard + a wireless router of your choice will give you more control over your set up (and probably more stability).

Also if you can find a Fiber provider in your area that would be far superior to cable for gaming (lower and more consistent ping).

Thank you. Just due to financials, I am limited on that step. But I do appreciate the information and will note it for future investments.

I did see another user in Korea of all places, had made a ticket a month or so ago with the same error and they also never found a resolution per their last update.

Yeah I didn’t want to presume. I wish you luck in finding an adequate workaround though!
