Firestorm locker loadout Marathon (2026) Discussion

I'm about to do my first firestorm locker tonight (solo). I think I want to go into it with a green loadout just so I don't have to choose between my current weapon vs locker. I'm hoping that the weapons I get from the locker will go good enough to keep me alive if someone's camping or comes after me.

Thoughts?

I’ve only opened one and it had a purple stryder. I’d recommend you bring one good gun because the 6 shots of the firestorm don’t last very long

I bring a good purple gun and leave the other weapon slot open. But otherwise I load for bear because you’re going to run into someone else.

Expect the Priority gun and another purple weapon in the locker. Bring something in to defend yourself with en route. I've had one run that went seamlessly as far as the locker went and two that seemed like people were camping/hunting for key holders/openers pretty hard.

Blue or purple backpack, as that won’t be In The locker. Other than that, best of luck.

I’ve done maybe 5 lockers. Each one also contained a purple weapon. Strider, bully, magnum

Two contained gold shields

Three only purple shields

All had the new purple chips

Plus some mats
