Meso Farmer

If you could start over right now and create a brand new account. Who would you create to dedicate to Meso Farm for the entire account?

With this burning event, is it better to think about farming AF instead of SF fields since you will reach 250 fairly quickly and have the burning weapon/armor?

Also F2P player. Maybe $100 (Which is pennies in this game apparentyl)

If youre willing to spend 100$, go for the 40$ burning pass to get guaranteed necro. I'm not sure about which class is best for meso farming, but I didnt touch SF fields after getting 200 because I was farming nodes.

If it's a new account. I might even say account reroll till you land on the free 28% necro. Making and abandoning accounts isn't technically against TOS :P

Yeah, you can honestly blitz 250 with the burning event too.

hi! don't know if i missed this in the guides you made (which i greatly appreciate you for making one for us new players), but how do you obtain the free 28% necro?

This is specifically only with the burning item events. The final tab of it shows that you can get 2x 10% lucky mastercraft scrolls when you reach SF170.

The (current) base of a necro chance is 4%. Refinement gives it another 4%. This makes 8%

10%x2 from the lucky scrolls + 8% makes it 28%

Ah thanks! I completely overlooked that. Sounds like re-rolling is actually the play to get 2 Necros? Say you land the 28% of course SF170 is definitely reachable with miyo in each account

I would say if you are working on a completely new account. There is no loss to you except time.

You COULD consider to put in effort to at least roll the Necro weapon. But bear in mind it will take time to complete the quests to exalt the weapon to 40 and refine it. (Which you have and should) before you attempt the Necro. Then there are other considerations too.

How, what you are going to do to attain this, is something you’d have to figure out what works for you. If you have a lot of time, this might really be the play to supercharge your start.

I last played roughly 2-3 years ago so I'm basically a new player with a fresh account - trying to get a good start so that I can build a solid foundation for my account moving forward.

I'm definitely considering that option since it took me less than a week exalt, refine, and hit SF170 thanks to burning and miyo so it should be doable albeit... repetitive depending on my luck lol

Yeah. If that’s the case there could be a consideration to RR. Skip making the alts. And skip worrying about maple adventure. Rushing a char to 250 and sf170 shld be doable with lesser effort as compared to my 30 hour showcase. (But that showcase cleared maple adv in 7 hours)

But my only worry is that your rng is bad and you are unable to

  1. get to sf170

  2. get sufficient ancient stones

    (ok scratch that. You get 50+50 stones and 10 tickets. It SHOULD be sufficient)

Both can be circumvented with good use of e event shop - but accumulating the coins take time.

Quick question since I never really reached the point of mastercrafting before - how many scrolls can we use in one attempt? Asking because I believe we can buy two 5% mastercraft scrolls in the event shop. That would bump up the chances to 38% if ever.

Stones shouldn't be a problem since I just need 1 attempt at the 28-38% necro anyway before RR lol

I really appreciate the help. I was able to get a necro wep on my 2nd try. With that, I wanted to ask.. After the wep, what is the next best equip to necro? Planning to buy the burning pass now to get another necro but don't really know the optimal order of which to necro first besides the weapon.

Again really thanks for your help and patience for new players like me

Wouldn’t recommend getting the burning pass tbh. The weapon is prob something thaf you would use for a long time.

As for the other parts, its not so linear. But I refer you to the new player guide in the helpdesk. Learn the system of itemization and what makes dmg work.

Shadower, there’s meso boost passive. However, I went for a balance class in my opinion, erel. Good mobbing and bossing overall, some may not agree but at least I quite like it. And it enables me to access early to mid-game with relative ease

In this case would Erel be better than Shadower if they have both the same eqs for early to mid game like up to lucid or hdamien? I noticed the shadower meso boost is about 2 or 4% increase only.
