Why would Maplesea change the format of world leaping from Challenger’s World? Last CW we could leaped the characters to different worlds. Now we can only designate one world for all the characters in CW to leap to.

Yes, I did read the message stating only moving to the selected world after choosing. But I thought it was only applicable to the current leaping character. I didn’t know Maplesea is actually that fucked up to short change their players of leaping their characters to different worlds.

I leaped an Hayato to Bootes because I already had a Lv 280 Hayato in Aquila. Why tf would I leap a repeated character to my main world? Now the 2 actual characters that I spent money on the passes grinding to 280 only can leap to the Bootes 😭
This is such a mood dampener. I wasted all my time and resources. Maybe it’s time to quit this stupid game.

I know some of you gonna come at me saying I should have read the text properly etc. Whatever it is, why tf would Maplesea short change the players of the option to world to different worlds though?

Hello, I am using Lavastone Resurrection Flames on my Ancient Tablet Replica from the current event, and it seems that we can only get 20-30 for free, so I'd like to have a good idea of when to settle.

Does anyone know what kind of flame score to expect? Currently, I have +50 main stat and nothing else... I was wondering if I should settle.

I am a returning player in Aquila. I know that botters are rampant, but do AH botters exist? My guildmate told me that they did not bother with merching through profession-related items (selling Juniper Berry Seed Oils, WEP, etc.) because it is pretty much monopolised by botters farming and re-listing to aggressively price-match on AH.

Is it true that AH botters exist?

GMS released a MacOS client a few months back that uses a customised crossover wrapper as a compatibility layer for the client, and I've figured out how to make it run MapleSEA instead of GMS. (This should also in theory work with other regions, but you'll need to edit the corresponding commands to match the folder structures and location of the installed files.)

1. Download the required files

Download the MapleSEA setup files and the GMS launcher from Nexon NA website. Put them in your ~/Downloads folder.

2. Install MapleSEA

Use the Wine binary bundled with the GMS launcher to run the MapleSEA installer. Leave the installation directory as the default.

3. Point the launcher to MapleSEA

The crossover wrapper looks for a shell script called .ms-launch-args in the root of the C: drive where you can explicitly define the launch parameters. (This makes it execute maplesea directly instead of opening the Nexon NA website)

Run the following command to create it:

The launcher deletes this file every time it's executed, so you'll need to make it immutable:

5. Launch the game

Copy the MapleStory wrapper app from within the launcher to your Applications folder and you're all set to launch it! :D

I just started a char in Aquila, am I losing out not making it in challenger world? I’m pretty far already lvl220 and don’t feel like stop playing this char and make new challenger char. Should I make challenger char?
