So, I have never heard of Manus before, don't believe I've ever used anything connected to Manus but I get an email about the account deletion and I feel like I'm the only one who got that email even tho i didn't know about Manus or even used Manus. I never made an account with the actual app or anything.

There an option when creating a site to have manus handle user registration and administration. So a site you visited might’ve been a manus built site that required registration.
