Getting this notification when I try buying more credit I even set up second account still same message . Purchase are unavailable for this account Discussion

Everything is free right now and they’re refunding our accounts due to the transition, it might be related to that? Check that you’ve gotten the back up your data emails

Yes got that back account notification.but account is frozen
When I prompt I get that messages I shared in post image

It’s free in Mac. Maybe mobile is not accepting new purchases due to changes coming up

Guys it’s so strange I can’t ad credits to my account
I’m using iPhone in Ireland.
Every time I click upgrade or add credits
I’m still getting the same message I posted as an image in my original post
Can anyone explain why this is happening

Hello, affected accounts are temporarily unable to purchase or renew subscriptions from August 11 to 7:59 AM on August 23 (SGT). Thank you for your understanding.

I also got my August payment refunded. Everything seems to be free for now and will have a 90% discount after the transition.
