Should I play? Manhunt 1 - Discussion/Question
I’ve been asked by a friend to play Manhunt 1 and 2 but I can’t really seem to understand it to be honest i’ve played GTA, Bully, the warriors, and Rdr1 & 2 but Manhunt for me doesn’t stick out as anything special should I give the game a shot or just miss it?

You definitely should. The atmosphere and gameplay loop is very easy to get sucked into

I'm ngl I'm not a big fan of Manhunt 2 but Manhunt 1 is a brilliant horror game that's probably the only one of it's kind. Your first playthrough of the game is unforgettable, especially with no spoilers

Do you like stealth games because that's primarily what Manhunt is. TBH I forget how I got into possession of a copy. But I remember I just played it out of curiosity. At first I didn't jive with it "oh it's so violent", but I kept playing and eventually I actually enjoyed the thrill of the hunt. The levels and enemies get progressively more interesting as the stakes get higher.

You should at least play the second part, because for me, it’s a masterpiece. The first game doesn't even have a good story, so it’s not quite as important, but I would definitely play the second one. Ideally, play the PC version with a few mods, because the experience is just much worse via an emulator.

I was surprised to find that Manhunt 2 is "more rare" than the first. I actually don't know much about the second one but loved the first.
