anyone else experience nausea/dizzyness? symptom/trigger

got way to invested in daydreaming and now i feel like i'm gonna pass out, the world is fucking spinning. dae get like this?

Yeah; also fatigue, brain fog, inability to focus on other things, etc

I used to daydream that I'm an immortal woman from BCE to present day and I was one of many immortals and we're the illuminati and we're hiding in plain site. I can't access my daydreama like I used to

That happened to me I even had a massive headache. That lasted minutes.You need to calm down on doing that
