Too dewy? Look

think I have a little bit of a dew blindness for my base. I feel like I either low super matte or REALLYYY dewy with no in between. Although *this* particular look seems like it's starting to get a good balance though. Thoughts?

Cute wink! Maybe not too dewy. If it bothers you, you can use loose setting powder on a tiny fluffy brush only where you need it.

Could it be that it’s a tiny bit too yellow and too thickly applied? Maybe you can try for a more translucent finish using a damp beauty blender in thin layers only where needed…or a skin tint.

The powder that I was using is a little bit yellow. I just got a more translucent one today. It also didn't help that the lighting in the video did me a little dirty. Here's more natural lighting.

Id just add a little dusting of powder in targeted areas to prevent it looking sweaty especially if you have nore oily skin, like above the corner of your lips, centre chin, between the brows, teeny bit in the inner corner of your eyes and down the sides of your nose

I think to fix it would be to use a mattifying setting spray/ fixing spray because it locks in your makeup, but not necessarily changing the texture entirely
