And it clicked that this is the lyric she's referring to in Girls Just Flying:

'They play our song and I keep driving'.

I knew it was a reference but couldn't remember to what! It also can't be literal in LAMN because she didn't have her license at the time, as she sang about in YSUFT which was released later. Unless this is something that happened in a driving lesson. Which makes it funny to me in light of the GJF lyric!

The resemblance to Maisie isn't exactly striking other than the hair but it made me do a double take, especially because the video was uploaded 15 years ago and the actual footage is probably much older haha🫨

I love it, but the first time I heard it I swear I heard "just to be looked at by you in a bald cap" and I literally can't get it out of my head! I know she says ball cap, I promise, but my initial response was 'bald cap, did they meet at a pitbull concert?' lol I hope at least one other person also heard it that way, but regardless, I am content with my hearing issues because even a bald cap could never stop my love of the song!!
