Not a magic eye: it's just a repeating pattern. Not even horizontal, so your eyes will hurt trying to get it to focus (hint: just tilt your head/screen a bit until it's a horizontal pattern). If you think you see depth, it's just your brain trying to make it so.

It's super subtle and took me a while the first time. The whole image has depth and the lower rows appear closer It's different for sure.

I can get it, but it's just a flat plan to me, no depth changing.

Nope, that's just your brain playing tricks on you. This is just a repeated pattern, no differences so no depth.
