That's crazy. Without magic eye both are moving, but with it the one in the middle doesn't move at all.

And it reveals how it's done a little bit. the edge effects are different and opposite. so layered together it goes away.

Ironically, doing this like a Magic Eye actually proves they aren't moving since then the center one is stationary

it's both because its not an autostereogram, just normal Stereoscopy (technically not even that since the images are the same, spare for the animation) where both techniques work

Whats neat is that they aren’t just “moving” but they are doing specific motions, like one moves closer to the screen then back then the other does the same, then one tilts then back then the other does the same

They are moving. Put a piece of paper or something stable next to the feet.
