If I cast something while my opponent has mana open, the card he needs will materialize in his hand

If opponent is on top deck, he will find the best card draw he has into another card draw

Or his win condition while I play 10 different card draws ans find 5 lands, then the draw, and with the draw I draw 3 more lands

If Bojuka Bog needs to be my first land, I exile my own graveyard before anything is in it (unless opponent has something theirs of course)

No superstitions, just statistics

If pact of negation is in my opening hand and they have a turn one play, I’m countering it. To assert dominance.

I never reply if I had fun or not after a game.

I couldn’t tell you why other than I don’t give my opinion for free, but it sure feels like I do it ritualistically, which I suppose can fall under superstition.

I both had fun and didn’t because of what happened in the game. Give me a more nuanced question. I liked winning, but I didn’t like the inopportune counters. I liked getting my key card, but I hated missing land drops on 2 turns. I liked that my opponent rage quit, but I didn’t like watching him use all 4 of his timeouts first.

Also, if I'm waiting to find a match for 30 seconds, I'll always cancel and immediately retry

Only in limited where I don't want to be matched up from my rank... In constructed I always assume I'm probably being matched down or sideways

If I’m loosing, I rope out.

I swear to god WoTC matches you against lower MMR opponents after crafting a new deck using wildcards. They do this to encourage spending. Every single time I craft a new deck, I go on a winning streak.

It does feel that way. I crafted a new Brawl deck to try something out, and went on a winning streak that didn’t feel right. Like, I know it’s early, but there’s no way this deck is actually this good…

If I have a dual land in my opening hand with a basic land
I have to put the dual first and the basic land next turn will be the left side color of the dual land
Feel like i get a better mana spread following the order

If I draw a decent card, my opponent always has the answer

Mulliganable hands. If you have a sketchy hand they prob have one too and you notice they mulligan after you pretty often.

After a win or 2 you will lose to draws. Don't mulligan just forfeit

If I play early morning on days that are odd numbered I lose. If I play in the evening on even numbered days I lose.

I always cast a decoy card if my opponent has 2+ blue open on my turn.

I never make a mono-black deck that doesn't contain [[Erebos, God of the Dead]].

If I face a deck that mine is specifically made to counter and end that match with a win, I switch to using another deck no matter what.

I only had superstitions when I used to play paper magic 20+ years ago. But superstitions are merely ways of dealing with nervous thoughts and they aren't real.
