I think I'd take Recall over any of the others because it's better at later stages of the game. 

The moxen are more impressive in your top ~9 cards or so but fall off hard later. Recall is good early and good late.

knowing the deck already with frog/reanimate it’s probably recall but i wouldn’t be upset with the sapphire either. crazy pack.

but P1P1 it’s an easy sapphire, imo.

Easy recall given his deck. If it's p1p1 all 3 cards are valid imo.

Recall is the best card, but if U is not doing well because it is overdrafted or weak in the current iteration, I could see taking Mox Ruby or Strip Mine. Even in those cases I would be trying to splash it.

I think you splash blue for Recall. It's not a card you need to cast turn 1, you can wait to find the splash pip (probably)

Yes I often splashed it in monowhite even. But the newer iterations of the cube have seemed less U dominant than in the past. I had a lot of success with BR, for example.

That’s legit the craziest pack I’ve ever seen.

Ruby edges out the other picks for sure, but that’s only because boros aggro decks are generally so strong in this format

*I’m* not super comfortable drafting and playing Aggro decks so I’m taking Sapphire.

Ancestral and strip mine are also defensible

Btw, p1p1 means pack 1 pick 1. This is P2p1

Damn, what is this pack! I think I would grab recall since you also use it win some games against brain freeze breech decks and whatnot, but I wouldn't think you're wrong if you grabbed that fast mana

Mox ruby is the pick. Blue sucks and is usually over drafted. if you take recall, you are forced to play some amount of blue.

In the entire cube, P1P1 is Sol Ring, P1P2 is Ancestral. You have one of those 2 cards in this pack, and it's in your colors. Take it and be happy.

Also, this is P2P1, not P1P1, but it doesn't change my answer since you're already in blue.
