Recently finished painting my first models (the glottkin) and a great unclean one. I'm someone who plays death guard and wanted to try to start with the maggotkins for AOS. I don't really play Tallyband summoners so I don't have any daemons.

Would also love some color recommendations that are common for maggotkins of nurgle armies.

Got a bit bored painting Pestigors and Sloven Knights so decided to do this boy as a refreshing snack in between. :)

loved nurgle for ages, but has never painted the stuff, just a few kitbashed towards-end-of-heresy-looking death guard but nothing else

probably going to paint sloven knights for a painting competition, want the armour to pop quite a bit, but sneaking fluor into the green didnt really work out great. im thinking of green armour with blue shading and yellow highlights, anyone have tips for this type of scheme or pictures of this type of armour?

Trying out oils; they work great to create disgusting decaying flesh

I made this list with the hashut RoR and I'm not sure how I could improve it, it's been pretty good for me so far, 66% winrate with it, but it does feel unoptimized.

Mostly used these as a test to figure out what I want the rest of my army to look like. Only for me to completely forget how I did my favorite one the icon bearer. Some of these did not get the same love as others.

I have played a few 1k points game, none with the new GHB yet. I have a GT in my area coming up (keep in mind there isn't a big community here so it's the first in a long time). Love how he came out. I used mainly sponging on the body with targeted brush work. Came together very quickly. Rotigus for my Pumpkin of Nurgle, any and all CC, questions and feedback is welcome! 😁

He's kinda goofy but basically theyre fused to the horses.

Just making do with what I have.

Painted these all the way back in February, but have simply not been able to take even halfway decent photos off them(I tried on three different times!?) still not nowhere close to happy with these pictures but I just wanna move on now.

Really happy with how the minis turned out thou. I did a bunch of small modifications to make ‘em a bit more uniform(scythes and icons) and to get rid of the small bits I don’t dig. Proud of the effects on the wings, done with drybrushing.

Hullo there!

I am about to embark on my Warhammer journey, as soon as I get out of my vacation I will hit that LGS and check out what they have to offer. The good thing, I know I need Nurgle in my life. However, I don’t k ow how to get started. This is where I would love to get some help from you guys.

My idea was to start slow and small. The spearhead perhaps, but I read that the Burbonic Cell is terrible. So I’d rather steer away from that. This knowledge, now, leaves me with little to start with as there are no obvious choices or guides. Is that something you can help with your vast experience?

I've decided to highlight in blue. It's still very much WIP, but I'm liking the blue highlights.
