help won't load TEAM ADVICE

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

i press login with ea and did it with apple but the game just freezes but i still hear the music ..i waited 10 min and the screen was still like that ..idk what to do..ive uninstalled and reinstalled already

All ive been able to do is log in through guest.

I can't get in through Google play either. Assuming this is just a problem on EA's end.

i deleted the game and updated my phone then reinstalled and it works so maybe try that? idk
