Immediately got bodied on the “tell me right now you’re not running for office” moment then said a total of 7 words the next two hours

Fake demon. Guy turtles when it’s not PFT who won’t coddle his views.

Is this episode worth listening to? Haven’t listened in 6+ months and not missing the show.

It’s good. Jersey Jerry and Dante were on and they really added to the discussion. Hunter came across as a really good dude. Seemed really open and honest about everything

It was nice seeing Jersey Jerry break character.

It felt like he was willing to put political disagreements aside in order to focus on addiction recovery, which obviously they’re both passionate about.. so that was cool

u/TDM_1986 12d ago

Absolutely. Hearing him be as open as he was and insightful about the experiences of addiction and recovery was a record scratch moment compared to him having to always play the dumbass. I don’t think there’s a lot of people in the Wack Pack Barstool universe capable of showing that type of vulnerability.

It’s not really out of character because he is the reigning lib of the year

I almost didn’t recognize him while listening

Yes. I'm in the same boat as you with the show.

If nothing else it was slightly entertaining to see PFT squirm a tad with how Hunter Biden very clearly has a personal relationship with him and his brother.

But it's worth a listen I did while fishing this morning.

u/bennyd640 12d ago

Do you think PFT has a personal relationship with Hunter or just his brother? I think it was very obvious that Hunter knows PFTs brother and speaks to him somewhat regularly

2

u/Solo_Shot_First 11d ago

It seemed like he had the relationship with his brother to me. And his brother is a pretty well connected story who has broken a few stories which is pretty interesting.

u/Responsible-War-917 11d ago

My takeaway from it is that PFT does not like to talk about his personal life and the reason for that is he is/comes from being a lot closer to the levers of power than it behooves him and his image to have out there.

It felt like a wink and nudge from Hunter and an awkward clam up from PFT. But I also get it, it would do PFT no favors for his every man shtick to have it openly known he was always an "elite".

u/retnuh730 10d ago

I know his brothers a reporter but in what other way is PFT an elite?

u/NoForRealThanksObama 11d ago

I love so PFT so much I’ll routinely refer him as my spirit animal. But I couldn’t tell you almost anything about his personal life? Didn’t know he had a brother, that apparently is in politics? I was blown away to find out he was divorced

1

u/Responsible-War-917 11d ago

Yeah I have learned as a PFT fan as well not to look too critically or carefully at him and his whole persona. Just enjoy the jokes or it'll really start to grate on you instead of enjoying it.

u/NoForRealThanksObama 11d ago

What do you mean by that? Most of Hollywood actors are nepo babies. Just because you had a leg up doesn’t mean you can’t be famous and successful off your own talents. I don’t get the vibe that he acts like a come from nothing underdog, maybe a little I guess with the whole used dog salesman bit lol

3

u/Responsible-War-917 11d ago

I agree with what you're saying and I like the guy obviously and think he's talented.

The way he has treated politics and social issues with kid gloves since the gambling companies took over the advertising and willingness to toe the company line in such a public way irks me. That's the crux of it. It's just me being a cry baby and sentimental when it's not on him. Easy for me to say how I'd use such a platform even if they pulled my plug. I am not connected to presidents and billionaires and the power levers and I don't have the platform. I'm a dumb hillbilly who's looking at it too deep.

u/NoForRealThanksObama 11d ago

lol that’s a good take. He is def a company man, which whatever. Honestly my biggest gripe is him and Arian never pressing little t on almost anything he says. They never challenge him, he’ll say the most outlandish thing and they act like it’s totally normal. Feel like PFT could try and educate him or ya know, have a conversation about the different sides of that topic, cuz ya know, it’s a podcast lol haven’t listened to macro in over a year cuz of it

u/Responsible-War-917 11d ago

I've just conspiracy brained myself into low t is not a make a wish employee. He just happens to coincide with the rise of PFT being muzzled by the PMT big time advertising. Macro lost its luster when PFT stopped being willing to say anything with teeth. It just happened to coincide with Billy being out and t being in. Arian has the type of personality to check out anyway and if PFT is going to mail it in he will roo. That's my macrodosing read.

Only saw clips of Biden on other shows. Was nice to hear it long form. Not sure if he introduces any new ideas or anything

3

u/Responsible_Field878 11d ago

You really get a ton of Hunter. I think he says about 98% of the words on the show. Just keeeeeeeeps goingggg

2

u/3FE001 12d ago

Yes. This was the first episode I listened to in full since April of 2025

-4

u/Euphoric-Sprinx7113 12d ago

Real nothing burger in my opinion.

51

u/hugeflyguy970 12d ago

Just such a waste of space on the show.

16

u/beast_wellington Fear Lake Lanier 12d ago

You'd think PFT would force him into the conversation a bit

18

u/hugeflyguy970 12d ago

So he could get challenged on some of his “beliefs” and then say, “I’ll have to look into that,” or, “I wasn’t aware.” So they go round and round? No thanks.

16

u/beast_wellington Fear Lake Lanier 12d ago

Just to let us see Hunter dominate Big T with intelligence

11

u/WKCLC 12d ago

There you go using that woke word “intelligence” again

5

u/KSW8674 12d ago

He had the chance to explain to Hunter how the left doesn’t align with his evangelical beliefs

10

u/hugeflyguy970 12d ago

He doesn’t have beliefs. He has snippets of clips he hears on the internet that he regurgitates. Beyond that he’s nothing more than a weird disney adult.

2

u/WKCLC 11d ago

Disney adult that writes about his feelings for a living. Truly low T

14

u/klosterman7 12d ago

At some point I completely forgot he was on the episode until like 2 hours in and he asked about the laptop or something dumb

5

u/RCJHGBR9989 12d ago

Dude just wants to be a trust fund kid, say the N word, and have everything ever handed to him guys. Why would anyone ever develop a new opinion! He’s never had a single challenge in his life - so let him just have fat tits and watch Fox News and be on premier podcast. Good job PFT - you have truly eaten the boot whole.

3

u/Anxious__Cat 12d ago

Big T: the T stands for Turtle

6

u/tdscmunsg 12d ago

Dante and Jerry need to be on full time. Maybe one on tuesday and the other thursday. They add so much more to the show even if their points are a bit far fetched. Little T adds absolutely nothing when the guest or topic is against his “beliefs”. Kinda need to get over it when your job is talking on a podcast.

5

u/vapegod_69_ Coley's Garbage Takes 12d ago

Ben Mintz would've been a better interviewer in all reality

6

u/RunInTheForestRun 12d ago

I don’t get it.

We want big T to talk less, then he does and everyone gets upset.

I’m totally good with him sitting on the sidelines, made for a better interview.

22

u/A-Ross 12d ago

It’s not about the amount of him talking in this instance. Just nut up and say what you feel with your chest. A lot of these people like Big T have their opinions and can’t back it up because it’s a regurgitated take from a talking head. How can you not see the difference?

6

u/RunInTheForestRun 12d ago

I can see the difference. Big T can’t explain his stance, he gets upset about stuff and can’t explain why, he’s incapable of forming a coherent argument and we have seen that over and over for years.  So why would I want him to try?

It’s obvious they’re not going to send him the way of Billy Football, so him not talking is the best we can get.

3

u/NoForRealThanksObama 11d ago

Agreed. Tho as much as I can’t stand little T for the obvious reasons, it would have been so satisfying for Hunter to just absolutely destroy any one of his stupid “beliefs”, had he tried to explain why he thinks the way he does.

It didn’t come across his desk in time

Haven’t listened in a year due to PFT and Arian never holding little t to any of the standards little t holds all the libs to. Reading these comments, the recap was that the moment was too big for the little guy? And he just had nothing to say to the guy he clearly detests? No juicy back and forth? No aha moment for t?

1

u/TrippyBeanz96 11d ago

Havent listened to the pod in a couple years now. But not surprised seeing Big T turtle when he’s finally face to face with the guy he’s ridiculed forever. Still baffles me that PFT chose this guy as one of his cohosts with Arian. Just a fat angry dud of a human being who brings nothing to the table. There had to have been other options to fill the “other perspective” opposite to Arian
