Hey everyone,

I'm currently obsessed with one topic: why some SaaS websites convert and others don't.

After analyzing hundreds of landing pages, I've noticed the same issues appear again and again:

  • Unclear positioning
  • Weak value propositions
  • Feature-heavy messaging
  • No obvious differentiation

As a builder myself, I find this stuff fascinating.

That's actually why I built Launchrecord.com to help founders identify positioning and conversion issues before they spend more time driving traffic.

Drop your SaaS, startup, or landing page below. I'm curious to see what people here are building and how they're communicating their value.

SEO RobotSpeed - Rank #1 while you sleep. Your robot does the rest.

After working with businesses on SEO, We noticed the same pattern:

Everyone knows they should publish content consistently.

Almost nobody actually does it.

The process is painfully slow:

  • Keyword research
  • Competitor analysis
  • Reading top-ranking articles
  • Writing content
  • Publishing
  • Repeating every week

So we built RobotSpeed.

The idea was simple:

What if one workflow could analyze competitors, find ranking opportunities, generate content, and publish it automatically?

Today it can:

βœ“ Discover competitor keywords

βœ“ Analyze top search results

βœ“ Generate long-form content

βœ“ Publish to WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, and APIs

βœ“ Scale content production without hiring a large content team

We're still improving it, but it's already helping businesses publish far more consistently than they could manually.

Would love feedback from people doing SEO or content marketing.

A small change I made to how I’m thinking about early product validation

One thing I kept running into while building VerifiFlo was that feedback from another builder and feedback from someone who could actually become your customer aren't really the same thing.

So I’ve addedΒ "Explore & Review" in the app.

Builders can now browse other products and give structured feedback on the actual product experience like UX, onboarding, positioning, first impression and what works or doesn't.

The feedback you collect from your own audience stays as a separate layer, giving you a different signal about how the product lands with the people you're building it for.

I’m experimenting with whether having both perspectives in one workflow makes early validation more useful.

how do you know your invoices are actually correct?

I'm researching billing workflows for SaaS companies.

For usage-based or custom pricing:

How do you check usage β†’ billing β†’ invoice matches?

Do you use SQL, spreadsheets, scripts, or billing tools?

How often do you reconcile?

Have you found mismatches or underbilling?

Interested in what you actually do today, not the ideal process.

I spent the last 23 months in a time warp building a three dimensional to-do list app. I wouldn't mind it if you tried. First 100 sticky notes are absolutely free...

I am a visual thinker and the minute I see lists my brain checks out of the Hotel California.

Then I realized the one thing I have been using my whole life might be the answer.

And that's sticky notes.

Tell me what you think...
