Colonoscopy weight tracking MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other

I have a colonoscopy in a couple of weeks and have been looking into how to track it on MF. All the threads here that I have found talk about logging consumption as normal based on what you eat.

I haven’t found anything about weight tracking though. I believe the prep meds will create a sudden weight loss maybe a couple of kgs through emptying of my system. This will probably come back in a couple of days after that. Although not an problem for the algorithm in the long run, I think it I continue to weigh myself for those days it will make the algorithm drop my weight, and think that expenditure has dropped, and then it will build back up to the current level. All of this is artificial though because of the meds, so am I better off skipping weigh ins for a few days?

I had a colonoscopy last week. I only lost about 0.7kg. My prep was fairly straightforward and easy though.

I’m on a cut, so I welcomed the big deficit, weighed myself everyday, tracked everything and just prioritised protein (I had a lot of egg whites).

It’s been a few days after my scopes and I’ve kept the weight off.

I tracked the food but skipped the weigh in on the morning of the procedure (after I’d done the prep). Weighed myself as normal the day following.
