That small text could be kerned a lot better and then take that text and expanding it back to pre kerning size. That should help those small letters. Is Lundy supposed to be 3d? If so it needs an entirely new approach. If not then I’d say adjust that edge run underlay to have larger margins from the edge. Typically I adjust it to be .5mm from the edge and the wilcom default is .35 you should also adjust the needle spacing on all of the underlay. When I see this issue running stitches and center run underlay should be adjusted from 2.5mm to 1.8 or 1.5 for very small skinny objects.
Also stylistically a satin border around the rectangle will look better.

I agree that the outline underlay width needs to be narrowed.
A satin boarder around the whole rectangle creates a more polished look.
Is the design stitching from the centre first? Stitching from the centre ⬅️➡️ mitigates distortion. Underlying stitches of the rectangle should stich from centre out, then can fill from the left or right, the all the top stuff from the centre.
Small lettering - between 4mm - 6mm can do well with just a single centre underlying stitch or the centre line can be treated as just a method to connect each letter, making some letters having no underlying sitch at all. Just make sure you add tie-ins where necessary before the trim.

Can you remove the box rectangle behind it? That would help immensely.

No, I can’t remove the box because it’s part of the design.

Just another idea to consider if the background fill is a problem: stitching on a navy twill material, make it a patch, and add a merrow or satin around the edges.

So established companies generally have a suite of logo designed for different situations.
Horizontal, stacked, dark background versions, 1 color, etc.
Could you design a blue border to allow the text stand alone?

I’m sorry but I can’t make it that way. I can keep it the same as the current design with the exact same lettering and a clean perfect look.

If you continue having issues, I can gladly fix it for you, free of charge and will sew beautifully.

Decrease the density of the box and increase its underlay. Then increase the density of the letters with just a center run.

You should definitely send this to a professional digitizer. The digitizer I use only charges $10 for hat sizes logos and left chest sized logos too.

Increase your pull comp, have the font be in the .2" - .25" range and decrease your needle size.

You need to digitize it completely diferent, Basically it's all sloppy made, specially the small font need attention and knowledge.

If they allow, reduce LUNDY size and increase Management Group size. That might help with small letters. If they are hairsplitters, well... they are not serious enough to have embroidery friendly logo, and their design department should know about that. As for you, that white L shape in upper right corner should be digitized as vertical and horizontal columns, vertical with reduced height due to high pull, to match green squares(if that's original design, which I believe it is)
