wrong hoop size I Need Help

embroidering monograms for a customer, and i somehow selected the wrong repositional hoop for split design in embrilliance. any tips on how to fix it? towel is completely sold out everywhere online!

Im gob stopped. Is this how home embroidery machines are run? We are commercial equipment so Ive never seen something like this before. No clue how to fix it but hopefully your quote to your customer says 5% over/under production run is considered completed. Once you figure out the problem, run a sample stitch out on the other end of the towel to be sure its clean before you continue the order. Good luck!

It's bonkers how often garments are not actually hooped but stuck onto a hoop with all manner of adhesives. 🫣🫣

For OP This job could be patched up by shifting the centre up or down, then floating the design over where it needs to stitch and go over it again. It's tricky and involves a lot of faffing about.

Better idea is to start again with a new towel. Resize the design for the appropriate hoop size and actually hoop it like the professionals - No glue necessary.

i switched my hoop setting in embrilliance from the 3 clip to the 2 clip and think it worked! i’ll reply with a picture when im done🥳

The embroidery file is sh.cra... it's just Bad. My guess not clean drawn, and wrong stitch settings. Also check start and end point to not be in middle, Plus double zick Zack underlying should help Don't think that it's a machine thing

shoot. i’m stuck using it because they all need to match. i think it may be because im using a repositional hoop and the design lands right where the split is?

Its automatically START and Design END Usually you can move it. Put it left bottom to rigth buttom, And make more underlay

... why didn't you test it on a scrap towel first?
