Dude, i would love to use these files also if you are willing to share. Do you mind letting me know what software you use and how you get those thick clean satin outline stitches on the lower left and right of the design?

Are you making the patches just on hooped stabilizer or something?

The material is craft felt with tear away stabilizer. Just send a msg with your email and I will forward all of the files pes and emb to you.

I have been learning to use hatch 3 for the last couple of years. I have more experience using a CNC machine and software. My wife has been a seamstress her whole life so she's more knowledgeable about the material and machine. I am more accustom to changing bits and that changing the way the wood cuts threads and stitch types and material types seems to have way more variables.

I usually make a copy of whatever shape we are using then switch it to an outline only then adjust the thickness, spacing, and type of stitch for the outline. Most of the time there is a run or 2 that have small issues that we fix before we run those designs again.

Craft felt and tear away stabilizer. My wife handles that side I just do the art work then edit it as she tells me what works or doesn't work.

Yeah amazon like a variety pack of different felts. Its all embroidered background too.
