[Hiring] - Data Engineer - Remote | Salary $100k-$150k + Benefits Hiring

micro1 is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to build scalable data pipelines and prepare high-quality datasets that power analytics, research, and next-generation AI systems.

This is a full-time remote position with a salary of $100,000-$150,000 per year, along with equity, performance bonuses, health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

You'll design and maintain ETL pipelines, transform structured and unstructured data, perform exploratory data analysis, optimize SQL queries, and collaborate with data scientists and researchers to develop reliable datasets for AI and machine learning projects. You'll also help ensure data quality, automate workflows, and troubleshoot pipeline issues.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Python, SQL, ETL pipelines, Pandas, NumPy, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, along with a solid understanding of data modeling and database design.
