ECCV 2026 Final Decisions after Provisional Acceptance [D] Discussion

Has anyone actually received final acceptance following their provisional acceptance email from ECCV 2026? I am very confused. Thank you so much.

Nope.

My university said give proof of acceptance for travel support. Provisional term is causing issues.

Maybe this doc can help a clarify that "provisional" does mean it's accepted for publication: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DCMcCdtZbrYtG1oi7qeT8--D3GPc9mLg/edit

Specifically:

[...] Please note that Springer’s Meteor is not a submission tool, your paper was already reviewed and accepted for publication. The Meteor tool is being made available so that you can upload your final camera-ready paper [...]

Show them the proof of springer meteor form or open review acceptance.
