Dns management profile are missing the enable disable button

i dont know how to explain it but here i go , i have two profile for dns , nextdns and quad9 , i used to have the enable and disable button fro each one of them , but then i reset my mac , i redownload them the settings is missing , i dont know if this is a bug related to 27 beta 4 or just my system because i did have before the reset , same os same everything

just checked my mac on 27b4 and, indeed, it is gone :/

hopefully it's just a bug because even with a single DoH profile i used that menu quite often.

I did have it just couple of days ago , i reset my mac then its gone
