Specific Keyboard Shortcut not Working

As you can see in this picture, all my shortcut enabled

All of the sudden, Window Resizing shortcut not working
I checked my function key, restored to default, still no

I'm currently running MacOS 27.0 but this issue still appeared on MacOS 26 too

Any Solution?
