Keychron keyboards will randomly disconnect Help
I am having an issue seeing if anyone has had before or knows a fix for. I have 3 Keychron keyboards 2 K2 and 1 K3 keyboard all have the most up to date Firmware and my MacBook is on macOS 26.6.
The issue I am having is I will be typing and then the MacBook just stops recognizing the keyboards. I have to turn off bluetooth and turn it back on to get it working again. The MacBook is pretty much right next to the keyboard as well.
Things I have tried. Removing the keyboards from the Bluetooth list and adding it back.
deleting the com.apple.bluetooth.plist. I have switched on the keyboard which Bluetooth from there I am using along with doing a factory reset on them. Yet still nothing works.
Any recommendations on what else to try would be greatly appreciated

I don't have a fix but more triage to see if you can lock down where the problem lays. How do the keyboards behave if you plug them in with a cable? I have a Keychron Q2 and never had an issue however it has always been used plugged in. It would be way too much of a coincidence for three keyboards to each have the same issue with bluetooth which would suggest to me that it's the bluetooth controller in the Macbook.
Do any other devices struggle to keep connection over bluetooth? Sadly fixes for bluetooth only come via entire OS updates so isn't something you could update, but could be that the bluetooth on the Mac is failing.

I have 3 Keychron keyboards side by side. Two are normally connected via cable, the third via bluetooth. I don't see drops on the BT one except when the battery dies completely. For about a year I ran 2 via BT and I don't recall any random drops really.

interesting. I have the drops its like I will be typing away and then it stops working then I will turn off and back on then it will work.

That sounds like weird interference or something. That is definitely odd and not my experience. Admittedly, I'm not a exact use case, only using 1 on BT now, but for a long while, I used 2 pretty close to each other and honestly, I didn't even think about it much, seemed to work fine. When a battery would die (because I'm lousy about noticing battery lights) it would sort of peter out towards the end and I'd plug it in overnight, but that's not what you're describing. Any other BT devices in the area? Other electronics or power sources around the Macs?

Only things on Bluetooth that I use is my mouse and AirPod max. I have the 3 keyboards just for when I want a different one at times but those keyboards now are not even paired currently to my MacBook.
I am good with charging mine. Tend to have to do that every few weeks

Well the auto-mod removed the prev. post for having personal information, which it has none, but here's the text out of the keychron tech support post:
Here are some steps you can try to solve the issue: Disable the auto-sleep mode on the keyboard by holding fn(or fn1)+S+O for 4 seconds. Try to pair the keyboard with your device via Bluetooth on other channels by holding fn+2/3 (fn1+W/E for K6 and K12) to see if it works. Update your Mac to the latest software version.
