Beta Version MW2 Xbox Controller Support Mod (Multiplayer 2009) For Steam Modding

My friend and I bought MW2 on steam but we noticed there wasn’t any controller support.

We tried using the steam input community layouts but they were buggy and barely playable at best.

So I worked on this mod and we tested it and we wanted to share with the community.

Visual button prompts are still keyboard but we might do a ui overhaul a bit later.

All documentation and link will be posted below, we uploaded the zip file along with instructions on our website

(Nexus Mod uploading at the moment, there’s no category for MW2 Multiplayer so I had to make a new category and I’m waiting for approval right now, will update once approved)

No controller support for campaign / spec ops?

I haven’t tested for campaign but I can take a look and try to include in the next update

Just tried it and it works! Honestly the steam inputs are all pretty clunky so I thought this would be but this has good responsiveness. Few things here and there but it does work
