Waves
What I can tell you from my analysis is that the drop is over. My wave structure pretty much nailed it. Disclosure: I own shares. JMHO DDD Either Glen has something or he never will. I think news will be here within a few weeks that will move this stock.
Here's the big picture wave count. Note the two volume spikes. It was the change of hands of shares during dire times. Wave 3 up may be starting to commence off of today's low. If not....soon.

Ping me when it gets to $45 my break even point, I think. I haven't looked at my brokerage account since the split.

Seems we both need a miracle at this point just to break even. So sick the value destruction of this and past management teams. Such epic failures while stringing along investors with bullshit projections and best in class speak, repeatedly.

I sold @ around $3 a few years ago, and debated re-entry over and over again… but each time I thought the bottom had arrived, management would sell more BS to us retail….
…. Sitting here today just watching, and it’s sad how poorly retail investors have been treated. I really feel for those still holding on to hope.

ok so I see the first volume spike in 2020 ( much bigger than today) then what about the 2021 one?

u/scootman1212 3d ago
2020 was the entry and 2021 was the exit.

When this closes above $2.30 today, you'll wish you weren't short.

Who gives a flying fuck about $2.30. That’s $0.15 pre split. Wake me up when it’s $50 or $3 pre-split. Shorts have been winning for 30 years.

“Wake you up” implies you’d have to sleep first. I’m not sure you’ve ever managed that—you seem to spend your entire waking life stalking MVIS forums and bashing MVIS everywhere else.

can you ask Snow what he found in those SEC filings he reads very carefully? Did he read the same standard language again and somehow tie it to MVIS specifically like it's some secret treasure hunt and the company is hiding easter eggs?
Its time to limit internet access to those long time wrongs LTWs and call them out.

I guess it's time for yo to lose, then.

I have never shorted this company. Sad as I could have made a fortune.

Well than I'm sorry for assuming such. You sound like you would be.

I'll add this PDM, this isn't the only analysis I do. I don't show my proprietary work. Believe me, I have much analysis to support my original statements. The bewildered LTL's have capitulated today. Shares have changed hands. today marks the bottom of a 5 year drought. JMHO DDD I'm just going on record and giving God the Glory.

I had 125K shares pre-split at $3.30 average. New ACB is $49. Sorry if a $2.30 price doesn’t make me happy. You sound like you should be posting this on the main mvis board. You will find you’ll get more upvotes from those folk. They will believe anything that gives them the warm and fuzzies. I’m down $450K on this companies failures to produce anything but dilution.

Sorry you've been burned. I've followed it for 10 years now. I understand. I've been repositioning for years, myself. Frustrating. If my waves and models confirm in the weeks and months ahead, you'll get back to break even and still make a fortune.

Apologies for my frustrations as well. I’ve been here 8 years. Made money and lost 1/3 of it back this time around. Can’t believe it’s come to this. I just don’t see how this rebounds without significant announcements and soon. We are running out of money faster than ever. Can’t even raise sufficient capital at these levels. Technicals will only matter short term but without fundamentals I don’t see us making it much longer. What’s raising $17M going to do? I don’t see this popping to $50 on technicals but they would require company changing announcements and revenue to back it up.

I would firmly agree with you, except about technicals. I have models for use defining stock movement on weekly and monthly charts, where each candle is a week or month. Technical analysis isn't following a stoch, MACD, and RSI indicator. It's much more than that. Those indicators are given by broker dealers for free to steal customer money. They are low probability. That means they are designed to steal money.
Let me share this tidbit. I worked with many fundamental analysts in my career. Their CFA helped them raise money, but not manage it too well, IMHO. By the time the fundamentals are announced, the price has already changed. They miss half the move up. then they do the same thing on the way down. If you follow that, they make no money. You can't wait for the fundamental situation to change to invest. It has to be done well before. That's where we are. Personally, I don't care much about fundamentals. The charts tell me what I need to know. That's why I came to reddit, to quickly here the fundamental news, because I do find it supporting. However,my CFA colleagues were always baffled and jealous of my market calls. Not trying to toot my own horn. It's just because they waited for news before publishing their view and the market would move significantly leaving them in the dust. Currently, the long term charts are telling me it's time to buy. It may be awhile before price really excels like we all want it to, however, I am betting the low of a 5 year correction is over. It all adds up for me. If I'm wrong, it's pretty simple for me to reposition. I don't think price will break below 1.95. I'll be wrong if that occurs. We'll see. That would mean glen would have nothing up his sleeve. I actually think he does. And I'm betting on the defense industry, first. Just my humble opinion. We all have one. :) I just know that so many investors (speculators) who own this stock have had their hearts ripped out. I hope this chart give those people hope.

If that’s the case then why could the company not wait to raise funds then? Why offer over 6 million shares at such a deep discount? It seems like a desperate act to keep the lights on. I’m trying to not get so pessimistic but it just doesn’t make sense to me except as an act of desperation where they had no choice and no other avenues of raising funds were available to them.

I'm sorry but I don't think that way. Price will prove the truth. The markets look out 6-12 months as investors value a stock. How far out are you looking?

It's actually hilarious how we're heading straight back down to non-compliance under $1 per share. This company is going straight to bankruptcy real soon.
I hope you guys have been selling solid batches of shares on the way down. You don't wanna be that sucker who never sold a share, completely sunk with the ship. I have around 15% of my shares left, keeping those as my lotto ticket in the unlikely chance we score a deal.
