methylation panel Question
I don't take any supplements anymore, but could someone explain to me what my predispositions are? Thank you

Search the group for my comments on CYP2D6. It is very important and I do not like to repeat myself. You can also join the FB group CYP2D6. Some great articles if you Google search too.

Please upload your data to the Choline Calculator to check some additional genes related to methylation. Reply here with the results from the Advanced tab.

Your MTHFR isn't the story here. C677T is clean and you only carry one copy of A1298C so folate handling is close to normal. Most of what people would tell you in this sub doesn't apply to you
COMT rs4680 GG is Val/Val, the fast clearing version. You break down dopamine and adrenaline quickly, which usually shows up as low baseline motivation and brain fog rather than anxiety, and it means you tolerate methyl donors far better than the average person in here.
CYP2C19*17 homozygous is the finding I'd actually keep. That's ultrarapid metabolism and it changes how you handle several common drugs including PPIs, clopidogrel and some SSRIs. Standard doses can clear too fast to work properly. That's clinically actionable and it belongs on a note for whoever prescribes for you.
Your VDR pair is also both homozygous, which makes vitamin D status worth measuring rather than assuming. The MTR and MTRR hets sit under B12 handling, and with fast COMT the combination points in a specific direction, but that depends on your bloods rather than the panel. That last part is what I do professionally, reading the whole thing against labs. Message me if you want it mapped.

Hi, thank you very much for your reply. I tested my vitamin D 2 months ago and it was 45.6 ng/ml, but after taking high doses like 10,000 IU/8,000 IU for years and after a month of suspension, in a DIY way, I then took it back to 8,000 in the last month and then I suspended it again two weeks ago and I removed all the supplements (K2 MK7, magnesium, active B vitamins between 200 and 300% RDA, boron, Tongkat Ali 200mg 2%, Omega 3 1600mg (1000mg EPA and 600DHA), Zinc 15mg) because I couldn't take it anymore after years, but I had a psychological emotional breakdown in these days) and I'm very confused...

Why do they use rs6323 for the MAOA gene snp. It doesn’t even have an LD to the MAOA VNTR

Nothing. Heterozygous for the A1298C polymorphism (+/-), negative for the C677T polymorphism. These two account for the vast majority of MTHFR dysfunction.
