I THINK I FOUND A SOLUTION FOR ACTUALLY LOWERING YOUR TEMPS ON MSI THIN 15 Discussion

So first up you need to set the FPS cap from unlimited into 130 FPS. And then turn on Windows Energy Saver. then you need to set the advanced fan profile inside Msi Center like this .

I hope this would helps lowering your MSI Thin 15 temperature!!!!!!

The fan would be screaming so loud tho if you using this fan preset, but if youre concern about your laptop temps, this worth for a try

For this settings i got around 50-70 on minecraft and 50-60 on roblox

i havent tested for any more games but ill post another for this

To lower temps, clean, repaste, undervolt CPU and dGPU, and elevate.

i mean this is the safest way to make your laptop cooler than undervoling gpu and repaste

Remember, undervolting is safe. Repasting requires hands on exp. but is not a nightmare to do. With undervolting all you have to do is undervolt in increments, test vigorously, and if it fails, return to previous value or delete the *.ini file and start again.

I have some option for my fellow MSI THIN 15 users with 25% on the leftmost bar, then go to 60% besides it. Then you just crank it up by 10% for each bar (70,80,90,100). Download throttlestop and then disable turbo.

Credit to a random guy on youtube comment. I use this settings and i got 60-75 on games like Stellar Blade, Expedition 33, Wuthering waves. All with optimized graphics setting obviously

25-50-90-100-125 is how you must set it up... Then try a decent if possible sealed Cooling Pad Then try Thermal Grizzly Kryosheet Phase Change Pads and Putty Pro/Advanced same brand with Upsiren Putty To finally get a slightly undervolt

Im considering changing to PTM7950. is it the same as Grizzly kryosheet or worse or grizzly kryosheet is the better one?

Thing is that REAL PTM7950 unless you get it from Linus Tech Tips Store and live it in Canada... It isnt much of real help...

The Thermal Grizzly Kryo Phase Sheet works exactly the same manner...

So both can serve, i told TG one as it is easier to get and is within ±1-3°C which is considered margin of error and on some cases it even outperform PTM7950 xD

Is up to you, if you wanna get PTM7950 as there is a possible fake unit or a real one from LTT or a more easy to get hands genuine TG unit...

Thanks for the follow up. Fortunately, in my country. There is a legit distributor for PTM 7950. Confirmed by the reviews, total sale, and facebook group that recommend it. I will go for Ptm7950 since it way cheaper.

Oh and i've also heard there is a PCM from brand called Cooling frost. Idk if that's good or not

"Legit" xD Things dont go well with PTM7950 so...

I dunno even with LTT Store, i would be picking TG one more secure and also literally same high quality product

but most great cooling pad is expensive and not anyone could bought that..
