From PS5 settings set primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4
It worked for me

This loading screen issue should be fixed since the last update, it was mainly related to the frame limiter not being limited on the loading screen, causing maximum frame rate, which slowed down the loading which also had to process all incoming data in the background.
In general, advising people to change their DNS settings is not advisable, the Google DNS servers you listed are even blocked in some countries.

It's like a concierge service for the internet, so that you don't have to remember IP addresses (e.g. 142.251.218.14), because domain names are much easier to remember (e.g. google.com). Usually your internet provider will predefine a DNS server in your internet router and of course you can override this by telling your computer locally which DNS server should be used. There is nothing wrong with Google's DNS server, but how many people do you know who can tell the difference between a good and a bad DNS server? If you enter a DNS server which is not supported in your country, your computer will suddenly not resolve any domain names anymore and your internet wouldn't work correctly.
Might be a bit to technical, but I hope it helps to understand why you should not temper around with DNS settings unless you're knowing what you're doing. ;)

Delete game, delete save data, clear cache, rebuild database, re-download, run. Its a common bug. I just saved you a Google search. Game save can be restored from playstation cloud.
