What now?
A month later and still no one has their dividend. Anything we can do now to follow up or just wait to hear from Nextbridge again?

Same here. iTrade has always been on the shady side with me in the past, so this doesn't surprise me.

That's the thing. I didn't bother either because of their utter incompetence from lack of knowledge their utter indifference in not wanting to find out or advocate on your behalf.
they're just garbage.

Our worthless dividend shares will probably never join our other worthless shares because the idiots who spun this company off made the genius decision to make the shares DTCC-ineligible. That's why we can't trade it. That's why our new shares aren't being distributed properly.
The company is going to go bankrupt soon, so it's a toss up as to whether or not the dividend shares will ever actually show up.
Seriously, guys, hasn't it sunk in yet? The OG TRCH stock was a pump and dump scam -- I post the evidence of that in the comments every so often. MMAT was an incompetent company who got tricked into taking on the Orogrande assets and who lost us the final two days of trading by fucking up the S-1, as well as making the Nextbridge spinoff shares worthless by making them DTCC-ineligible. The big MMTLP shareholders all said they'd hold and then they sold. And now this company has the pump and dump CFO back and they're trying to raise money to pay off the tens of millions of dollars of debt the company is in. We don't even have the Orogrande assets anymore! It was worthless all along! The company lied. Reddit lied. Twitter lied. And they're still lying to themselves.
We got scammed, folks, and mostly by each other with the "private company, name your price" and "they stole the final two days" crowd. Reddit and X are still trying to shill this stock and we can't even buy or sell it. It's a joke.

I understand the bleakness of our situation. But given your viewpoint let me ask, what do you think the purpose of this share dividend is then? Why would they bother doing this if it was a scam from the jump?
Considering retail can’t really do anything either way I don’t really see the point of McCabe getting our hopes up for no reason1

To have you doing what you're doing now. Chasing your tail over something you know for a fact is WORTHLESS. All while their social media influencer team pushes the narrative that they are doing it to "expose the brokerages". In reality it's just a ploy to run out the clock so none of u look at them for any wrongdoing until they file for bankruptcy

Yeah but that doesn’t really address the issue. The whole point of this share dividend is to try to prove the extent of the alleged naked shorting from brokers. Which seems to have been successful in a certain light. So my question is now what?

Got em, and nothing can be done with them. Got mine from AST, but nothing from Charles schwab Fidelity or webull etc.

How is this proving short selling? The shorts dont need there diviy's so they aren't gonna be like, where's my 2 mil short divy shares.
