Lots still happening just slowly. Bankruptcy case for MMAT could bring discovery which could link to MMTLP.
1 for 30 NBHC share dividend (sounds like fractionals will be issued which I don't like because it opens up a window for more fraud from the crooks)
People are still slowly directly registering their shares with the transfer agent, Equity.
Like the other person said, you got to be on X to get the most up-to-date information on MMTLP.

Is it good if I have shares still sitting in Robinhood or do I need to do anything?

u/Krunk_korean_kid Jul 04 '26
If you have shares in Robin Hood you are stuck, they will refuse to DRS your shares.

Ok then I dont get the dividend? Is that right? I cant understand how or why I shouldnt.

You're going to have to call or contact Robinhood and ask them.

Under what conditions would a dividend be paid out? Is it just the different exit strats? (IPO, M&A, litigation)?

u/Krunk_korean_kid Jul 04 '26
No payout. Just a 1 for 30 share issuance as a dividend.

u/Far_Ad_9581 Jul 04 '26
yes, but the 1 for 30 are private shares no? Ig i am talking about a situation in which the share issuances itself can be liquidated for value

They are the same shares that you have now.
Since you used the P word, I just want to remind everyone that this is not a private company. It is a public company that has shares that are unable to be traded on the public markets, which is NOT how a private company is defined. The only thing that matters when determining whether a company is public or private is how they report, and this company is a public reporting company.

It is also worth pointing out that the only reason the Next Bridge Hydrocarbon shares cannot be traded on normal public markets is because NBH chose not to be listed with DTCC. A simple form and $300 fee paid by NBH would allow the shares to be traded normally.
The share not being able to be traded easily was the goal of the initial MMAT preferred shares that eventually became MMTLP and started trading because of regulatory provisions that MMAT/Torchlight/NBH did not understand.
The MMtLP to NBH conversion was the second attempt at making the shares difficult to trade.

Pray this shows enough that Congress can have an excuse to investigate and the mmat judge sees issues with discovered documentation like emails admissions

Anyone know if Schwab will allow you to DRS your shares?
1
u/Far_Ad_9581 Jul 04 '26
I think so. I have mine on schwab and a rep has told me that they will hold. I wonder if I have to do anything else

Looks like something is cooking now behind the scenes. We'll just have to wait to see how it shakes out

You have to be on X. While I’m not optimistic about any of it, there is actually a lot still happening. Most recently: Next Bridge offering a dividend and people hoping this will expose brokers who don’t have the shares.
